An anchor. An oar.

And the wisdom to know which you need.

COUNSELLING · SUPERVISION · CONSULTING

For individuals, families, clinicians, school leaders and international schools.

Experience matters.
So does staying curious.

For thirty years, I have worked across mental health, social work, education, safeguarding and leadership — in Chicago, London, Brussels, Kuala Lumpur and The Hague.

My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy and educational leadership — where understanding people also means understanding the systems around them.

Where to Begin

FOR YOU & YOUR FAMILY

Counselling

Wanting something to be different
is enough.

For young people, adults, parents and families — when something needs to change and you could use someone outside of it all to help you make sense of things.

You don't need to know exactly what's happening or what you need. That's where we begin.

FOR THERAPISTS & COUNSELLORS

Clinical Supervision

You hold space for everyone else.
Who holds space for you?

Bring your uncertainty, complex cases, ethical dilemmas, and your desire to keep learning and growing. Together, we can think deeply, strengthen your practice, protect your wellbeing, and make sure you're not carrying the emotional weight of this work alone.

FOR SCHOOL LEADERS

School Leadership Supervision

Leadership begins with
the person behind the role.

You are expected to hold immense complexity, make
high-stakes decisions, and support others — often without anywhere genuinely safe and confidential to think.

Leadership supervision gives you that space — to step back, reflect deeply, find clarity in your own thinking, and remember that beneath the role, there is still a person.

FOR YOUR SCHOOL

International School Consulting

Your values should be visible in
how your school actually feels.

In its relationships. Its classrooms. Its culture. Its difficult conversations.

I help international schools understand what is working, identify what needs to change, and develop the people who will carry the work — so that what a school says it values becomes what people actually experience.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

I bring curiosity before conclusions.
Questions before answers.

A woman with wavy brown hair wearing a white shirt, sitting on a sofa, writing in a notebook with a black pen. She has a smartwatch and bracelets on her wrist, and there are pillows behind her.

I pay attention to what is actually happening — not just what it looks like on the surface.

A problem rarely sits neatly where it first appears. I want to understand what's underneath it, what surrounds it, what might be keeping it stuck — and where change is actually possible.

You bring what I can't know without you.

I bring what you can't see from where you're standing.

Between us, we can work out what matters and what comes next.

I can sit with complexity without rushing towards an answer. But I don't believe in reflection for reflection's sake. I'll share what I notice, challenge when it helps, and help turn understanding into action.

There will be compassion and honesty, and room to get things wrong, think again and try something different.

And there will be laughter. Lots of laughter.
